Discover the different types of Pilates we offer
Pregnancy Pilates
From the fourth month onwards, safely and adapted to this new stage, we prepare exercises that will help make labour easier and get you back to your routine as soon as possible.
Practising Pilates will help you strengthen your abdomen, reduce back pain and breathe better. It will also let you relax, feel more flexible and, above all, recover your body more easily after birth.
Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates is a complete discipline that develops balance, strength and coordination throughout the body. It also improves flexibility and general physical endurance, helping you feel more agile day to day.
It pays particular attention to breathing and to core stability, correcting poor posture, strengthening the muscles of the body and preventing future problems.
Physio-yoga
We are one of the few centres offering this combined method of therapeutic exercise based on yoga: we help you move safely and consciously, improving your flexibility, your sleep and your breathing capacity.
It also corrects posture, strengthens the back and boosts circulation, bringing physical and emotional wellbeing to every session, led by registered physiotherapists.

Frequently asked questions about our Pilates classes
Your questions answered before your first class
How is this different from Pilates at a gym or a studio?
I have never done Pilates. Can I start here?
Yes. We assess your physical condition before your first session and the work is set at your level. Groups are small precisely so that everyone can be corrected individually.
Are classes one-to-one or in a group?
Both. We run one-to-one sessions, sessions in pairs and small groups. Which one suits you best depends on your case and your goals, and we will talk it through at your assessment.
Can I do Pilates if I am pregnant?
Yes, from the fourth month onwards, in our pregnancy Pilates classes. They are adapted to each stage and led by physiotherapists, and they help with back pain, breathing and recovering after birth.
Are the classes in English?
Yes. Your assessment, your class and the exercises you take home are all in English, so you can follow the corrections properly. Getting a Pilates cue wrong because of the language is exactly how people end up with an injury.
